Remedies in the Event of Other Redeveloper Defaults. In the event the Redeveloper fails to perform any other provisions of this Redevelopment Contract (other than those specific provisions contained in Section 6.02), the Redeveloper shall be in default. In such an instance, the Authority may seek to enforce the terms of this Redevelopment Contract or exercise any other remedies that may be provided in this Redevelopment Contract or by applicable law; provided, however, that any defaults covered by this Section shall not give rise to a right or rescission on termination of this Redevelopment Contract, and shall not be covered by the Liquidated Damages Amount.
