Common use of Remedies Not Exclusive; No Waiver of Rights Clause in Contracts

Remedies Not Exclusive; No Waiver of Rights. No remedy herein conferred upon or reserved to the Authority or the Trustee is intended to be exclusive of any other available remedy or remedies, but each and every such remedy, to the extent permitted by law, shall be cumulative and shall be in addition to every other remedy given under this Installment Purchase Agreement or now or hereafter existing at law or in equity or otherwise. In order to entitle the Authority or the Trustee to exercise any remedy, to the extent permitted by law, reserved to it or contained in this Installment Purchase Agreement, it shall not be necessary to give any notice, other than such notice as may be herein expressly required. Such rights and remedies as are given to the Authority hereunder shall also extend to the Trustee, and the Trustee may exercise any rights under this Installment Purchase Agreement, and the Trustee and the owners of the 2015-A Bonds issued under the Indenture shall be deemed third party beneficiaries of all covenants and conditions herein contained.
