Remedies of Administrative Agent. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default and during the continuation thereof, and after written notice to a Subsidiary, the Administrative Agent or its designee may proceed to perform any and all of the obligations of such Subsidiary contained in any of the Contracts, Other Contracts or Leases and exercise any and all rights of such Subsidiary therein contained as fully as such Subsidiary itself could.
