Common use of Remedies of Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Remedies of Administrative Agent. Upon the occurrence and during the continuation of an Event of Default, and after written notice to the Borrower, the Administrative Agent or its designee may proceed to perform any and all of the obligations of the Borrower contained in any of the Contracts, Other Contracts or Leases and exercise any and all rights of the Borrower therein contained as fully as the Borrower itself could. The Borrower hereby appoints the Administrative Agent its attorney-in-fact, with power of substitution, to take such action, execute such documents, and perform such work after the occurrence and during the continuation of an Event of Default as the Administrative Agent may deem appropriate in exercise of the rights and remedies granted the Secured Parties, or any of them, herein or in any other Loan Document following written notice to the Borrower. The power of attorney granted herein is coupled with an interest and shall be irrevocable.
