Common use of Remedies of Participants Clause in Contracts

Remedies of Participants. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, and following the applicable cure periods, where NCPA is the Defaulting Party, the Participant may, without limiting their other rights or remedies available under this Agreement, at law or in equity, and without constituting or resulting in a waiver, release or estoppel of any right, action or cause of action the Participants may have against NCPA, terminate this Agreement in whole, subject to the provisions of Section10.5.4.

Remedies of Participants.
