Remedies of the Contractor. 1. If the Contractor terminates this Agreement pursuant to Sections 30.B.1 or 30.B.2, the Contractor shall receive $200,000 if termination occurs during the first year, $100,000 if termination occurs during the second year, $50,000 if termination occurs during the third year, $10,000 if termination occurs during the fourth year and $10,000 if termination occurs the fifth year of this Agreement, as liquidated damages. 2. If the Contractor terminates this Agreement pursuant to Section 30.B.3, the Contractor shall have the right to seek legal and equitable remedies provided by law for such Event of Default.
