Remedies of the DSO. In addition to all other rights and remedies it may have under this Contract, and all other rights and remedies it may have at law and/or in equity, if any Participant Default occurs and is continuing, then upon written notice to the Participant, the DSO may, but shall not be obliged to: (a) suspend any or all Monthly Payments owing to the Participant until such Participant Default has been remedied to the satisfaction of the DSO, in its sole discretion; and/or (b) following the expiry of any cure period, terminate this Contract, and in the event the DSO does not pursue either such remedy, Section 9.5 (Inspection not waiver) shall apply.
