Remedies of the Operating Company upon Concessionaire Default. Upon the occurrence of a Concessionaire Default by the Concessionaire under this Agreement, the Operating Company may by notice to the Concessionaire declare the Concessionaire to be in default and may, subject to the provisions of Section 12.06, do any or all of the following as the Operating Company, in its discretion, shall determine:
