Common use of Remedies of Trustee Clause in Contracts

Remedies of Trustee. In the event of default by the City in the punctual discharge of its obligations hereunder, the Trustee shall be entitled to exercise such remedies as are provided under the Debt Act, together with any other remedies which otherwise may be provided at law or in equity or by other statutes.
