REMEDIES OF UNIVERSITY. Upon the occurrence of any event of default as set forth in Section 13 hereof which has not been cured (and is not in the process of being cured) under Section 13(b) hereof, but not otherwise, the University may take whatever action at law or in equity may appear necessary or desirable to enforce its rights hereunder; provided, the University shall not have the right to terminate this Ground Sublease until such time as the Bonds have been paid or provision for payment has been made pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Trust Indenture. The University shall have recourse solely against the leasehold estate of the Corporation in the Premises, and any proceeds thereof, for the payment of any liabilities of the Corporation hereunder.

  • Express Rights and Remedies Not Limited The express rights and remedies of the LHIN are in addition to and will not limit any other rights and remedies available to the LHIN at law or in equity. For further certainty, the LHIN has not waived any provision of any applicable statute, including LHSIA, nor the right to exercise its rights under these statutes at any time.
