REMEDIES ON ACCOUNT OF DEFAULT. In the event of default by Tenant, then Landlord may terminate this Lease and recover possession of the Leased Premises, and Landlord may exercise any other remedy available under the law to Landlord on account of a breach of lease by a tenant. Landlord agrees to use its reasonable efforts to mitigate damages incurred under this Article 15.
