Remedies Other Than Termination of Funding. The Recipient agrees that FTA’s right to terminate funding as provided by the TVPA and in sections 3.g(4)(b) and 3.g(5) of this Master Agreement are in addition to all other remedies for noncompliance available to the Federal Government under this Master Agreement.
