Remedies Other Than Termination. Except pursuant to Section 16.2, neither Party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement, in part or in its entirety, for any reason. It is the Parties’ intent to provide relief or compensation to either Party hereunder in the event of the other Party’s material breach of any material provision of this Agreement, not through the termination of this Agreement but through remedies in law or equity, such as injunctive relief, specific performance, the remedies provided in Section 16.4, and, subject to Section 7.8 and Section 14.6, monetary damages.
