Remedies Upon Enforcement Notice. (a) Upon being instructed to do so in an Enforcement Notice or in written instructions given by the Required Lenders at any time while an Enforcement Notice is in effect, the Collateral Agent shall exercise (or cause its sub-agents, if any, to exercise) any or all of the remedies available to it (or to such sub-agents) under the Collateral Documents.
