Remedies with Respect to Covenants. In the event of any breach by the Executive of the covenants and representations contained in this Section 11 (a “Breach”), or threatened Breach, the Company shall be entitled, in addition to any other remedies and damages available, to an injunction to restrain such Breach or threatened Breach. Any member of an Affiliate for which the Executive performs services may enforce this Agreement, and any injunction or other remedy under this Section 11(k) shall be enforceable in the United States and any other jurisdiction.
