Common use of Remedy for breach of Product Warranty Clause in Contracts

Remedy for breach of Product Warranty. In case of breach of warranty set forth in Xxxxxxx 00.0 (x), (x), (x), Xxxxxx shall be entitled to, and IceCure shall provide to Terumo, a remedy equivalent to the Remedy for Defect by following the process as set forth in Section 6.3 (k), without prejudice to any other rights and remedies under this Agreement and/or Applicable Laws.
