Remedy of a Force Majeure Notice. The affected party will use all reasonable efforts to remedy each Force Majeure Event and resume full performance under this Agreement as soon as reasonably practicable, except that the settlement of strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes shall be entirely within the discretion of the affected party.
