Common use of Remedy of Major Equipment Failures Clause in Contracts

Remedy of Major Equipment Failures. The Owner shall promptly meet with the Operator to determine the course of action to be taken to remedy or repair major equipment failures; provided, however, that the Operator shall take such action as it deems prudent to protect life or property in the event of an emergency involving failure of equipment.
