REMIC Distributions. (a) On each Distribution Date, amounts shall be allocated to the interests in each of the REMICs as set forth in the Preliminary Statement hereto. (b) Notwithstanding the distributions described in this Section 4.6, distributions of funds shall be made to Certificateholders only in accordance with Section 4.1.
