If we do not receive at the time of processing a payment by the due date and there is no agreement for a payment plan and insufficient funds in your nominated bank account, we may send you a reminder notice by email or in writing to make payment or apply for a payment plan (if the collection cycle is not shortened at the time in accordance with the law).
