Common use of Reminder Notice Clause in Contracts

Reminder Notice. Thirty (30) days prior to the Claims Deadline, the 7 Settlement Administrator shall again send Notice via email substantially in the form attached as 8 Exhibit C, along with an electronic link to the Claim Form, to all Settlement Class Members for 9 whom a valid email address is available in the Class List.

Reminder Notice. Thirty Fourteen (3014) days prior to the Claims Deadline, the 7 Settlement Administrator shall again send Notice via email substantially in the form attached as 8 Exhibit CE, along with an electronic link to the Claim Form, to all members of Settlement Class Members for 9 whom a valid email address is available in the Settlement Class ListList and who did not opt out or unsubscribe from receiving emails from the Settlement Administrator.
