Remittance of Available Cash Flow. Cause Borrower, to the extent that Available Cash Flow exists, promptly and in any event within two Business Days following demand by the Administrative Agent (with such demand to be made only following the date upon which any such payment is due hereunder and has not been made by Borrower), to remit to the Administrative Agent from Available Cash Flow all payments of principal, interest, fees and other amounts payable to the Creditors under the Loan Documents.
