Remittance of Prepayments. Borrower shall notify Agent of all principal prepayments that Borrower has received in respect of the Mortgage Loans, no later than 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on the next Business Day following receipt thereof by Borrower, with sufficient detail to enable Agent to recalculate the Borrowing Base to reflect such prepayments of such Mortgage Loans.
