Remittance of Unclaimed Property. The Paying Agent or its duly appointed agent shall timely remit unclaimed funds to the appropriate state or jurisdiction, as provided for under applicable unclaimed property law or regulation. The Paying Agent shall provide such reports regarding unclaimed property services hereunder as Parent may reasonably request from time to time.
