Remote Access Content. Notwithstanding the terms of Sections 2.2-2.4, a Licensed Product may not make, or cause to be made, a digital copy of Decrypted DT Data received via Remote Access except (i) as a Transitory Image, or (ii) where a Sink Function receives DT Data that was transmitted by a Licensed Product that has a Source Function pursuant to Section 3.1(b) or 4.2.2(b) of Part 2 of this Exhibit B.
