Remote Customer Support. As part of the Services, WOW! will provide a telephone number and email address for inquiries and remote problem support for service disruption. WOW! shall provide support directly to Customer and to Customer employees. The scope of remote support services shall be as determined by WOW! in its sole discretion from time to time. The support provided is for your use of the Services by means of the WOW! Equipment installed by or on behalf of WOW! and the software, if any, only.
