Remote Deposit Capture. The Bank’s remote deposit capture service allows you to scan paper checks payable to you, convert the checks into digitized images of the checks or electronic items, and electronically transmit the electronic items to us for deposit to your account. The Bank requires you to sign a separate agreement before using this service.
Remote Deposit Capture. If Member is enrolled in Remote Deposit Capture, Member may utilize deposit checks using Member’s Mobile Device as described below.
Remote Deposit Capture. Remote Deposit Capture services (“Services”) are designed to allow you to make deposits to your checking, savings or other accounts from home or other remote locations by scanning checks and delivering the images and associated deposit information to FCCU or FCCU’s designated processor. Your use of the Services constitute your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions provided upon your initial use of the Services which are incorporated by reference and included herein. FCCU reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions from the Services. Your continued use of the Services will indicate your acceptance of any such changes to the Services. FCCU reserves the right to suspend Services to any member at any time for any reason, or for any violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Remote Deposit Capture. “RDC”). If enabled by Platform for your Account, you may make deposits into your Account by using the Mobile App to take a legible picture of the front and back of a negotiable check and transmitting such images. The RDC service is for non-business, personal use in accordance with this Agreement. We will attempt to collect the item by presenting the image or converting the image into a digital representation of the original check (a “Substitute Check”). Unlike traditional check deposits, you retain the original paper check when you use Remote Deposit Capture. We request you to retain the original check until final settlement of the check. There is currently no charge for using RDC; should there be charges in the future, you will be given appropriate notice. Your wireless telecommunications provider for your wireless device or other third parties that you may utilize may impose fees to make that device data-capable, to exchange data between the device and the Platform, or based on the location of your use. By using the RDC service, you agree that you will be bound by the terms of this Agreement and will follow any and all other procedures and instructions for use of RDC that we may establish from time to time.
Remote Deposit Capture. If we approve your use of Business Online Banking Services to deposit checks, this Agreement incorporates and supplements the terms and conditions of the Remote Deposit Processing Agreement and applicable schedules. You may use Business Online Banking Services to deposit checks subject to the terms of this Agreement. All deposits processed through Business Online Banking Services are subject to deadlines and cutoff times as may be established by the Remote Deposit Processing Agreement or as the Bank may from time to time establish. If you elect to utilize Business Online Banking Services to deposit checks, before initiating check deposit, you will complete and deliver to the Bank each schedule, addendum, authorization or other document required or contemplated by the Remote Deposit Processing Agreement, which is incorporated herein by this reference. The Remote Deposit Processing Agreement will govern the rights and liabilities of the parties with respect to checks deposited through Business Online Banking Services, except as expressly provided herein. The terms of the Remote Deposit Processing Agreement and applicable schedules will supersede any conflicting terms in this Agreement.
Remote Deposit Capture. This Remote Deposit Capture Services Agreement contains the terms and conditions for the use of the remote deposit capture service Lake Trust Credit Union (“Lake Trust”, “Credit Union”, “us,” or “we”) may provide to you (“you” or “User”). Other agreements you have entered into with Lake Trust are incorporated by reference and made part of this Agreement. Remote Deposit Capture is designed to allow you to make deposits of checks (“original checks”) to your accounts by scanning the original checks and delivering the digital images and associated deposit information (“images”) to us or our processor with your mobile device or desktop scanner.
Remote Deposit Capture. Via the Remote Deposit Capture Services, we allow you to make deposits into your Account by using the mobile application to take a legible picture of the front and back of a negotiable check and transmitting such images. We will attempt to collect the item by presenting the image or converting the image into a digital representation of the original check (“Substitute Check”). Unlike traditional check deposits, you retain the original paper check when you use Remote Deposit Capture. We request you to retain the original check for at least thirty (30) days after you submit the check image to us.
Remote Deposit Capture. You can use the Service to scan images of checks and other items on equipment provided by us and then transmit those images and other data to us electronically for deposit to your account. The checks will then either be processed electronically or converted to substitute checks based on the information you provide. The feature may require a separate application. Please see our separate addendum for the terms of this Service.
Remote Deposit Capture. If the Services selected by you include the Remote Deposit Capture Service, as defined below, then the following provisions will be applicable.
Remote Deposit Capture. The mobile check deposit services (“Services”) are designed to allow you to make deposits to your checking or savings accounts from your smartphone by taking a picture of the check(s) and delivering the images and associated deposit information to TRUE CCU or TRUE CCU’s designated processor. There is currently no charge for the Services.
A. Acceptance of these Terms. Your use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement. This Agreement is subject to change from time to time. We will notify you of any material change via email or on our website(s) by providing a link to the revised Agreement. Your continued use of the Services will indicate your acceptance of the revised Agreement. Further, TRUE CCU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions from the Services. Your continued use of the Services will indicate your acceptance of any such changes to the Services.
