REMOTE PROCESSING. 2.1 Remote Processing Services. MPOWER shall provide Customer with Remote Processing Services, as described in Schedule C annexed Hereto, until termination or expiration of this Agreement. In addition, for the Remote Processing Fees, MPOWER shall provide Customer with the number of hours of Ongoing Basic Support set forth in Schedule A. Customer shall be required to continue to receive Remote Processing Services for the term of this Agreement unless Customer exercises his rights as delineated in Section 12 Conversion to Customer Processing.
