Remote Terminal Information. Upon request, BellSouth will provide ComSouth with the following information concerning BellSouth’s remote terminals: (i) the address of the remote terminal; (ii) the CLLI code of the remote terminal; (iii) the carrier serving area of the remote terminal; (iv) the designation of which remote terminals subtend a particular central office; and (v) the number and address of customers that are served by a particular remote terminal.
