Common use of Removal and Remuneration Clause in Contracts

Removal and Remuneration. The Security Agent may from time to time by writing under its hand (subject to any requirement for an order of the court in the case of an administrative receiver) remove any Receiver appointed by it and may, whenever it may deem it expedient, appoint a new Receiver in the place of any Receiver whose appointment may for any reason have terminated and may from time to time fix the remuneration of any Receiver appointed by it.
