Removal, Blocking or Suspension of Debit Card. You understand that we may not permit you to add a debit card to Digital Wallet Services if we cannot verify the related Conexus MEMBER CARD Debit Card, if your Account is not in good standing, if we suspect that there may be fraud associated with the related Conexus MEMBER CARD Debit Card if applicable laws change or for any other reason we determine at our sole discretion. • You may suspend, delete or reactivate a debit card in Digital Wallet Services by following the Provider's procedures for suspension, deletion or reactivation. • Conexus may suspend your ability to use a debit card or cease allowing you to use your debit card to participate in or otherwise use the Digital Wallet Services. We may take these actions at any time, without telling you first, and for any reason, including if you fail to comply with this Agreement, if we suspect fraud, if your Account is not in good standing, if there is a change in applicable law, or for any other reason as we determine in our sole discretion. • A Provider may suspend or remove your debit card from its Digital Wallet Services in accordance with the agreement in force between you and the Provider.
