Common use of REMOVAL FEE Clause in Contracts

REMOVAL FEE. Should the Trust remove any of its Education Loans from a Subservicer's system prior to a scheduled termination or breach of this Agreement, the Trust agrees to pay to the Servicer a removal fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) per loan transferred off such Subservicer's computer system, this removal fee shall be in addition to those charges described in Section 2.2 of this Agreement, and in addition to damages arising from a breach of Section 27 hereof.
