Common use of Removal from all Positions Clause in Contracts

Removal from all Positions. Upon a termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, unless requested otherwise by the Company, Executive shall be deemed to have resigned from each position (if any) that Executive then holds as an officer or director of the Company or any of its affiliates and, where requested by the Company, Executive shall resign from any such position with immediate effect and without compensation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section 6(h) shall only apply with respect to Executive’s resignation from the Board in the event the Company terminates Executive’s employment for Cause.

Removal from all Positions.
