Common use of Removal of Accounts Clause in Contracts

Removal of Accounts. (a) Subject to the conditions set forth below, after the FCMT Termination Date, Seller may designate from time to time Accounts no longer to be designated for inclusion in the Issuer (the "Removed Accounts"); provided, however, that ---------------- -------- ------- Seller shall not make more than one such designation in any Monthly Period.
