Removal of Administrator. For as long as any Bonds are Outstanding, the Issuer shall not remove the Administrator without cause unless: (a) the Rating Agency Condition shall have been satisfied with respect to such removal; and (b) the Commission Condition described in Section 9.03 of this Indenture has been satisfied.
