Common use of Removal of Collateral Agent Clause in Contracts

Removal of Collateral Agent. The Collateral Agent may be removed at any time, for or without cause, by an instrument or instruments in writing executed by the Administrative Agent and delivered to the Collateral Agent with a copy to the Borrower, specifying the removal and the date when it shall take effect provided, however, that no such removal shall be effective hereunder unless and until a successor Collateral Agent shall have been appointed and shall have accepted such appointment as provided in §§8.8 and 8.9.
