Common use of Removal of Contactor Personnel Clause in Contracts

Removal of Contactor Personnel. Contractor shall immediately remove (or cause to be removed) any Contractor Personnel known to be or reasonably suspected of engaging in activities that may present a threat to the safety or security of any person or any Customer Data, facilities, operations, or assets or upon OCA’s request to remove such Contractor Personnel. In the case of reasonable suspicion, such removal shall be pending completion of the applicable investigation.
