Common use of Removal of Delaware Trustee and Trustee Clause in Contracts

Removal of Delaware Trustee and Trustee. The Delaware Trustee or the Trustee may be removed as trustee hereunder, with or without cause, by the vote of a Special Unit Majority at a meeting duly called and held in accordance with Article VIII; provided, however, that any removal of the Delaware Trustee shall be effective only at such time as a successor Delaware Trustee, fulfilling the requirements of Section 3807(a) of the Trust Act, has been appointed and has accepted such appointment; and provided, further, that any removal of the Trustee shall be effective only at such time as a successor Trustee has been appointed and has accepted such appointment in accordance with Section 6.05.
