Removal of Disciplinary Action Documents. Records of disciplinary actions involving reductions in pay or suspension with or without pay, and written reprimands not removed after twenty-four (24) months, will be removed from a faculty member’s personnel file after forty-eight (48) months if all the following criteria are met:
