Removal of Eligible Accounts. (a) On each Determination Date the Seller shall have the right to remove Accounts, including all amounts then held by the Trust or thereafter received by the Trust in respect of the Accounts being removed from the Trust Accounts in the manner prescribed in Section 2.07(b2.7(b). The termination of an Account by a Dealer upon such Dealer's payment in full of the related Account shall not be a removal of such Account under this Section 2.7.
