Common use of Removal of Equipment, Trade Fixtures Clause in Contracts

Removal of Equipment, Trade Fixtures. Concessionaire shall have the right at any time during the term of this Agreement or upon termination and within ten (10) days thereafter, to remove all trade fixtures, equipment and other personal property subject to any valid lien the City may have thereon for unpaid rents or installation of equipment in lieu of Concession Fee pursuant to Article 7. Any property not so removed by Concessionaire upon termination shall become a part of the realty on which it is located and title thereto shall vest in the City.

Any property not so removed by Concessionaire Contractor upon termination shall become a part of the realty on which it is located and title thereto shall vest in the City.
