Removal of Equipment. 19.1 When Work on any Council owned or controlled land is completed for the purposes of this Deed, the Developer, without delay, is to: 19.1.1 remove any Equipment from the Council Land and Xxxxx Xxxx and make good any damage or disturbance to the land as a result of that removal, and 19.1.2 leave the land in a neat and tidy state, clean and free of rubbish.
