Removal of Equipment. 21.1 In the case of termination of the Agreement, the Company, if notified to do so by CHURCHVILLE, shall, within a reasonable time, remove any part or all of its equipment, material, and supplies from the Site at CHURCHVILLE’s sole cost and expense.
