Removal of Equipment. On the permanent Disconnection* of Facilities and Equipment* at any Connection Point*: (a) Western Power* may dismantle, decommission and remove Western Power*’s Works* and any Metering Equipment* installed on the User’s Premises*; and (b) under Western Power*’s reasonable instructions, the User* must dismantle and decommission or remove any of the User*’s Works* at or connected to the Connection Point*.
