Removal of Existing Facility and Installation of New Facility. Prior to the Closing, the CCS Parties shall cause the Existing Facility to be removed from its current location at the Power Plant, as shown on Exhibit B (the “Site”) and the CCS Parties shall cause the New Facility shall be installed at the Site.
