Removal of Funds or Property. The School shall not remove any funds or property purchased with either public or private funds until the Sponsor has a reasonable opportunity to determine whether the funds are public or private and whether the property was purchased with public or private funds. Under no circumstances shall the school remove any property or funds prior to the Sponsor’s decision to immediately terminate.
