Removal of Individual Property as a Pool Property. From time to time during the term of this Agreement following (i) Borrower's written request ("Release Request") and (ii) satisfaction of the Release Conditions, the Administrative Agent shall, in each case to the extent applicable, release the subject Pool Property from the calculation of the Borrowing Base Availability (and such Individual Property shall then cease to be a Pool Property) and release the subject Subsidiary Borrower which has no other ownership interest in any of the remaining Pool Properties, from further payment and performance of the Loans; provided, however, any such release by the Administrative Agent shall not be deemed to terminate or release such Pool Property Owner from any obligation or liability under any Loan Document which specifically by its terms survives the said release or the payment in full of the Obligations.
