Common use of Removal Of Land Clause in Contracts

Removal Of Land. You will not cause, and will not allow, removal of any top soil, loam, gravel, sand, rock, trees, logs or other material from the Habitat Area unless the alterations to the Habitat Area are for the purpose of creating a dugout, and you have our consent. In the case of a dugout, DUC will not unreasonably withhold its consent.
