Removal of Material. 1. No material shall be removed from the file except at the express written consent of the Superintendent, his/her designee, the Board, or by resolution through the grievance procedure. If removal is the resolution of the grievance procedure, the Board shall follow proper procedures according to law to remove such material. 2.
