Removal of Patents from the PatentBook. The PatentBook Administrator shall remove a patent from the PatentBook as follows: (a) As soon as practicable after the PatentBook Administrator has determined that the patent is not eligible for inclusion in the PatentBook in accordance with Section 3.5; (b) In the event the PatentBook Administrator receives notice that a PatentBook Patent has been finally adjudicated not to be valid or enforceable, not later than 30 Days following such notice; or (c) Upon receipt of written instructions from the Publisher (Licensor), not later than 30 Days following such request.
