Common use of Removal of Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Seller shall neither transfer nor remove any Personal Property or fixtures from the Property after the date of this Agreement except for the purposes of replacement thereof, in which case such replacements shall be promptly installed and shall be comparable in quality to the items being replaced.
